With the pain education movie I make sure you understand “how pain works” and I give you effective exercises. I also do bodywork that relaxes the pain response in the brain for immediate relief. It’s not just about immediate relief, but long-term improvement. Making sure you understand and can effectively eliminate the cause of your pain.
