My approach starts with a free intake session

Every pain story is unique. Some are loud and unrelenting; others are subtle and sporadic. My approach is tailored to your specific needs, combining proven professional techniques with my personal understanding of living with chronic pain. Together, we’ll unravel the layers of your pain, empowering you to take control of your life.

Our first session is centered on listening—truly hearing your story. We’ll map out your pain’s patterns, identify triggers, and start developing a clear, actionable path toward relief and restoration. This will be a free 20 minute intake session.

Your pain doesn’t define you. It’s a signal—one we can interpret and transform together.

Relief typically starts within the first few sessions, with significant improvements after 3 sessions per area of pain.
